LyondellBasell Q2 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - LyondellBasell Industries (LYB) reported second-quarter earnings from continuing operations of $1.33 billion, or $2.81 per share compared to $1.17 billion or $2.22 per share, last year. Excluding LCM Impact Income from continuing operations, earnings per share was $2.79, for the quarter.

On average, 18 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit per share of $2.70 for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
