M.D.C. Holdings Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

DENVER, July 27, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), one of the nation's leading homebuilders, today announced that on July 26, 2021 its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of forty cents($0.40) per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 to shareholders of record on Wednesday, August 11, 2021.
