(MCS) reported that its net earnings attributable to the company for the third quarter of fiscal 2019 ended September 26, 2019 were $14.29 billion, a 12.0% decrease from $16.23 billion for the third quarter of fiscal 2018. Net earnings per share were $0.46 for the third quarter of fiscal 2019, a 17.9% decrease from last year.

Adjusted net earnings attributable to the company were $15.53 million, a 0.2% increase from the prior year.
