Marshall & Ilsley Corporation Appoints David L. Urban as Director of Investor Relations

MILWAUKEE, Sept. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (M&I) has announced the appointment of David L. Urban as vice president, director of investor relations. Urban has been with M&I for 22 years. Most recently he served as a vice president in the corporate treasury and investor relations group. Urban will report to Greg Smith, senior vice president and chief financial officer, and to Michael Smith, senior vice president and corporate treasurer.

Urban earned a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in finance and marketing from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. Urban is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute, an assistant cubmaster for the Boy Scouts of America, and is the past international secretary for Key Club International.
