Meira T Launches Design Your Own Application

NEW YORK, Feb. 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- How do you express everything you are and all that you value without saying a word? How is unconditional love and gratitude conveyed to a child or expressed to a mother? In an ever-changing world beaming with diversity, find a way to make your light shine and voice your story with an exclusive piece of jewelry that will stand the test of time. With Meira T's new Design Your Own application, you are now able to become your own designer. This revolutionary experience provides the user complete control over the design of a necklace or bracelet.

For the past 20 years, Meira T has influenced the jewelry and fashion world with her iconic and captivating jewelry designs. Her jewelry is showcased and sold around the world by independent jewelers, boutiques, and department stores. The brand maintains strong relationships with fashion bloggers, celebrities, and stylist. Many women who own Meira T pieces have an appreciation for the classic symbol charms, rough stones, and textured gold elements. Meira T is known for her assymetric charms making her jewelry dainty, edgy yet playful and fun. Driven by creativity and innovation, Meira T and her daughters, Nurielle Chantal and Brigitte are always searching for contemporary ways to advance the jewelry industry.

Mothers, daughters, and women in every stage of life see value in capturing significant colors, emblems, and names in what they wear. With a growing appreciation for individual style, millennials have embraced a movement of personal expression through jewelry that is unique and meaningful.

Inspired by this philosophy, Nurielle worked tirelessly with the Meira T art department to devise an app that allows users to generate their own custom necklaces and bracelets.

The user begins using the application by selecting the category of jewelry they would like to design. They can choose from necklaces and bracelets and subcategories of Off Centered necklace, charm necklaces, or bracelets. Once the user chooses to create either a necklace or bracelet, they are then led to an interactive page where they are able to design their Meira T creation. The partnership involves selection gold color for the chain and then charms and centers. This page features a wide selection of charms and centers including evil eyes, hamsas, letter initials, celestial symbols, and birthstones, just to name a few. This innovative application allows the customer to drag the charms to a virtual necklace or bracelet on the screen in order to display what their potential design could be. The combinations and permutations of charms, chains, and center stones are virtually endless, insuring no two Meira T fans will be wearing the exact the same piece. With the app, parents have the resource to design a durable and quality necklace that combines birthstones, initials, and good luck charms for their children. Similarly, millennials are able to design pieces that display who they are and what is important to them.

The initial launch included many charms and centers but as the app moves forward there will be a heavier focus on seasonal charms and accents. "We are looking at adding the breast cancer ribbon in pink for breast cancer survivors and dog bones for dog lovers. We really would like each individual to find meaning and beauty in the pieces they design" says Nurielle. The app started with a soft launch in December 2018, and, with overwhelming positive reviews, customers began creating beautiful and personalized necklaces. Now, in February 2019, the Design Your Own Meira T jewelry app is ready for all users and includes both necklaces and bracelets. We invite you to share your creations.
