Merit Medical Systems Adjusts 2018 Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (MMSI) announced, for fiscal 2018, the company now expects earnings per share in the range of $1.60 - $1.70, revised from prior guidance range of $1.57 - $1.69. Net sales are now targeted to be between $870 million - $880 million, revised from prior outlook range of $838 million - $851 million.

Second-quarter non-GAAP EPS was $0.43, compared to $0.36, a year ago. Worldwide revenue was $224.8 million ($221.2 million on a comparable, constant currency basis), up 20.5% as reported (up 18.6% on a comparable, constant currency basis) from last year. Core revenue increased 11.7% over prior year core revenue (core revenue up 9.8% on a comparable, constant currency basis).
