MicroEdge Announces Promotion of Peter Byer to Vice President of Sales

Mr. Byer has over 20 years of management, marketing and salesexperience in technology. In the past year at MicroEdge, Mr. Byer, whoheld the position of director of sales, led his team to its best andmost profitable sales revenue year in the company's 20 year history.Under his leadership, MicroEdge has become the established leader forproviding software solutions for effective giving worldwide.

As vice president, Mr. Byer has total responsibility for theoverall direction of MicroEdge sales execution worldwide for allproducts and services. Mr. Byer will continue to focus on working withMicroEdge clients to further understand the needs of the charitablegiving market. This knowledge will help MicroEdge build and deliverproducts that help private foundations, community foundations,educational endowment foundations, corporate giving organizations andstate and local governments, sustain their commitments to theirconstituencies.
