MongoDB Stock Falls 10% Despite Strong Q2 Results

MongoDB reported net income of $40.9 million, or $0.50 per share, compared with a net loss of $47.0 million, or $0.58 per share, a year earlier. Adjusted net income increased to $162.6 million, or $1.90 per share, from $87.2 million, or $1.00 per share. Revenue climbed 30 percent to $771.8 million, with subscription revenue rising 31 percent to $747.1 million and services revenue increasing 29 percent to $24.6 million.

For the third quarter, MongoDB expects revenue of $756 million to $761 million and adjusted EPS of $1.57 to $1.61. For fiscal 2027, it now forecasts revenue of $2.99 billion to $3.03 billion and adjusted EPS of $6.39 to $6.58.
