Park National Q3 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Park National Corp. (PRK) reported that its third-quarter net income increased to $19.0 million or $1.23 per share, from $12.0 million or $0.78 per share, last year.

On average, three analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit per share of $1.18 for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net interest income decreased to $54.96 million, from $58.02 million, a year ago. Other income was $17.40 million, compared to $18.08 million, last year. Analysts expected revenue of $73.25 million for the quarter.

Park's board of directors declared a $0.94 per common share quarterly cash dividend, payable on December 10, 2013 to common shareholders of record as of November 22, 2013.
