PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. Promotes Laura Hollabaugh to Vice President, Bulk Transactions

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Dec. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., a subsidiary of The PMI Group, Inc. , announced today that it has promoted Laura Hollabaugh to Vice President of Bulk Transactions.

David Katkov, President and Chief Operating Officer of PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., said, "Laura's capital markets knowledge, negotiation skills, and competitive drive have contributed to the rapid and profitable growth of PMI's structured transactions area, and will be a valuable resource for us as we continue to grow this important business channel."

Hollabaugh joined PMI in 2003 as GSE Senior Deal Manager in the structured transactions group and was promoted to Director of Structured Transactions in 2005, responsible for negotiating and structuring transactions with capital markets divisions at investment banks, national originators, and GSEs. Prior to joining PMI Hollabaugh was a Senior Product Manager performing execution analysis for the Capital Deployment group at Freddie Mac. She has also worked as a Senior Manager for KPMG Consulting for the Consumer Assets team and for The Money Store as Vice President of Securitization.

Hollabaugh holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kean University and a Masters in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
