Prologis Q3 FFO Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Prologis, Inc. (PLD) Thursday reported third-quarter Funds From Operations, or FFO, which increased from last year. The company also raised the bottom end of its annual FFO outlook.

For the three months to September, FFO increased to $271.59 million from $97.72 million a year ago.

Core FFO totaled $249.23 million or $0.48 per share, compared with $211.13 million or $0.41 per share a year ago.

Net profit was $136.24 million or $0.23 per share, compared with a loss of $7.53 million or $0.02 per share a year ago.

Revenues decreased to $415.15 million, from $423.06 million a year earlier.

The company raised the bottom end of its annual core FFO outlook to $1.85 - $1.86 per share, from $1.82 - $1.86 per share previously projected. Prologis expects annual net earnings of $0.49 to $0.50 per share.
