Prologis Q4 Profit Soars - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Prologis Inc.'s (PLD) fourth-quarter net earnings attributable to common stockholders surged to $408.61 million from $59.06 million last year. Net earnings per share were $0.81 for the quarter, compared with $0.12 for the same period in 2013.

Core funds from operations or core FFO per share totaled $0.48 for the fourth quarter, compared with $0.43 for the same period in 2013.

The firm clocked revenues of $450.87 million in the quarter, versus the prior-year figure of $436.76 million.

Looking ahead, the company has established a full-year 2015 Core FFO guidance range of $2.04 to $2.12 per share, representing 11 percent growth at the midpoint, compared with full year 2014. The company expects to recognize net earnings, for GAAP purposes, of $0.40 to $0.48 per share.
