PSP Investments Acquires 14% of the Capital of Korian

Korian (Paris:KORI), European leader of Ageing Well, announce this day that PSP Investments, one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers, acquired, on 10 July 2015, 14 % of the shareholding of the company from Batipart, Covea and ACM Vie. After closing of this transaction, Batipart, Covea and ACM Vie remain shareholders of Korian with respectively 0.46%, 4.78% and 3.53% of the shares.

A board meeting of Korian is scheduled on Wednesday 15 July 2015, and the Group will communicate after it has been held.
