Public Storage Q2 FFO Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Public Storage (PSA) Thursday said second-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, increased to $370.77 million or $1.83 per share from $305.08 million or $1.38 per share in the same period last year.

Core FFO for the quarter was $1.80 per share. On average, 17 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report FFO of $1.77 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Earnings allocable to common shareholders increased to $207.7 million or $1.20 per share from $132.3 million or $0.77 per share last year.

Operating revenues increased to $485.38 million from $455.79 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $452.22 million.
