Quiksilver Q3 Profit Declines - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Apparel company Quiksilver Inc. (ZQK) Thursday reported third-quarter net income attributable to the company of $2.1 million, or $0.01 per share, compared to $12.6 million, or $0.07 per share last year.

Pro-forma income for the quarter was $18.1 million, up from $16.7 million in the prior year period. Pro-forma earnings per share for the quarter were $0.10, same as last year.

Revenues for the quarter were $495.76 million, compared with $512.44 million in the prior year.

On average, nine analysts polled by Thomson Reuters estimated earnings of $0.04 per share on revenues of $505.02 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
