Realtek Adopts J750Ex for Complex SOC Test

Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE: TER) announced that Realtek has selected the J750Ex for wafer sort and final test of their devices. Realtek, a fabless semiconductor company headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan, ROC, is the leading supplier of Ethernet Controllers and Audio CODECs used in laptop and desktop PCs. Selection of the J750Ex was based on its high throughput test capability and efficient IG-XL® test development environment.

In addition, Teradyne® IG-XL software on the J750 reduces program development time for multisite production release and continues to be the benchmark for ATE software.
