Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic Organization Uses Qwest OneFlex Hosted VoIP Services

(NYSE: Q) today announced that it has signed a three-year agreement for Qwest OneFlex Hosted VoIP and Q Routing hosted contact-center solutions with the prestigious Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic® (RFB&D®) organization of Princeton, NJ. By integrating Qwest OneFlex Hosted VoIP and Q Routing, RFB&D was able to replace its obsolete, 20-year-old telephone system with a state-of-the-art 200-seat VoIP solution, allowing the organization to save costs, and enhance productivity among its employees. In fact, the solution has proven so successful at RFB&D’s headquarters that it plans to roll-out the solution to its remote offices over the next two years.
