Revlon, Inc. Names Mary M. Massimo, Executive Vice President, Human Resources

    NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 15, 2005--Revlon, Inc. (NYSE: REV) today announced the appointment of Mary M. Massimo to the position of Executive Vice President, Human Resources, effective April 18, 2005. As a seasoned human resources veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Massimo will lead Revlon's worldwide HR organization, and will continue to effectively align the company's people strategy with its growth plans and strategic business objectives. She will report to Jack Stahl, President and Chief Executive Officer, Revlon, Inc.
    Ms. Massimo brings a wealth of experience in all areas of human resources, including organizational effectiveness and change management, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, training and development, and employee communications. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President at GreenPoint Financial Corporation, where she developed and executed a cohesive HR strategy that integrated the company's three major business lines during a time of rapid growth. Before GreenPoint, Ms. Massimo held a number of senior human resource management positions at Rockefeller & Co.; Swiss Bank Corporation; Drexel, Burnham, Lambert, Inc.; and International Paper Company.
