ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: SEAS), a leading theme park and entertainment company, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock.  The dividend will be paid on October 1, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 20, 2013.
