SeaWorld Entertainment Reports Pricing Of Offering By Selling Stockholders

(RTTNews) - SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. (SEAS) announced the pricing of an offering by the selling stockholders affiliated with The Blackstone Group L.P.(BX). The offering is expected to close on April 9, 2014.

The selling stockholders are offering 15 million shares of SeaWorld Entertainment's common stock at $30.00 per share.

In addition, the selling stockholders have granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy additional 2.25 million shares from the selling stockholders.

SeaWorld Entertainment said that the selling stockholders will receive all of the net proceeds from the offering.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint bookrunning managers and as representatives of the underwriters in the offering.
