SFX Entertainment Acquires Perryscope Productions - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - SFX Entertainment Inc. (SFXE) announced it has acquired Perryscope Productions, LLC, a New York-based full-service licensing and merchandise company. Following the deal, Perryscope founder and principal Norman Perry and his team will oversee and direct all aspects of SFX's global merchandise operations.
