Shaw Names James Dudley as President of Consulting Group

The Shaw Group Inc. (NYSE:SGR) today announced that James (Jim) Dudley has joined Shaw’s Energy & Chemicals division as President, Consulting business line. Mr. Dudley will be responsible for global sales and operations management for the group. He will report to Abe Fatemizadeh, President of Shaw's Energy and Chemicals division. Dudley joins Shaw with more than 30 years of consulting experience in the mid and downstream sectors. Most recently, he was the Vice President, Strategic and Commercial Advisory Services practice, KBC Advanced Technologies. His career includes positions with Unocal, Exxon and Pace Consultants, and Wright Killen & Co. When Ernst & Young acquired WK & Co. in 1996, Dudley became a member of E&Y’s energy, chemicals and utilities executive group, and the Global Energy Corporate Finance team. He established his own firm, Dudley & Co. Advisors, in 2001, to assist clients with contract negotiations, business assessment and valuation, strategic planning and litigation support. J.M.
