Silvercorp Declares US$0.01 Semi-Annual Dividend

VANCOUVER, Nov. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Silvercorp Metals Inc. ("Silvercorp" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of US$0.01 to be paid on or before December 19^th, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business November 28^th, 2017.

The declaration and payment of future dividends is at the discretion of the Board of Directors and any future decision to pay dividends will be based on a number of factors including commodity prices, market conditions, financial results, cash flows from operations, expected cash requirements and other relevant factors.
