Spectra Energy Partners Announces 24th Consecutive Quarterly Cash Distribution Increase
HOUSTON, Oct. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Spectra Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: SEP) announced that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution to unitholders of $0.51625 per unit, an increase of three-quarters of a cent over the previous level of $0.50875 per unit. This is the 24th consecutive quarter that Spectra Energy Partners has increased its quarterly cash distribution. The cash distribution is payable on November 14, 2013, to unitholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2013. This quarterly cash distribution equates to $2.065 per unit on an annual basis.

As previously announced, Spectra Energy Partners expects to increase by three cents per unit its quarterly distribution paid in the first quarter 2014, and then one cent per unit quarterly increases thereafter.
