The Bank of New York Appointed by Barclays Bank PLC as Trustee, Verification Agent, Registrar, Paying Agent and Transfer Agent

The Bank of New York, a global leader in securitiesservicing, was appointed by Barclays Bank PLC as trustee, verificationagent, registrar, and paying and transfer agent for its GBP 5 billioncollateralized loan obligation (CLO).

Through Lambda Finance B.V., a special purpose legal entitycreated by Barclays, The Bank of New York will fulfill a variety ofroles and service the Gracechurch Corporate Loans Series, one of thelargest fully funded balance sheet collateralized loan obligationsever issued by a UK bank.
