Total Voting Rights

As at 31 January 2019 the total issued share capital of the Company comprised 78,636,522 ordinary shares in issue of 10 pence per share, each with one voting right. There were no Treasury shares in the Company.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RhythmOne.
