Tribune Interactive Names Christopher Conn Vice President of Product Development

CHICAGO, June 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tribune Interactive (TI), a subsidiary of Tribune Company , today announced the appointment of Christopher H. Conn to the position of vice president/product development.

In this position, Conn will continue to build Tribune Interactive's growing product development team. This organization is responsible for translating the TI vision and strategy into a broad range of new products and service enhancements across the Tribune Interactive network, which comprises more than 50 news and information websites.

"New product introductions will continue to be a key driver of TI growth," said Brigid Kenney, Tribune Interactive senior vice president and general manager. "We're confident that under Chris' leadership, our product development group will successfully execute against the aggressive roadmap we've developed for the year ahead."

Conn joined Tribune Company in 2005, and most recently served as director/product development for Tribune Interactive.

Prior to joining TI, Conn led the consumer products organization at Kelley Blue Book (KBB), where he created and recruited the team that completed a major redesign of kbb.com. Previously, he held a variety of positions in interactive and traditional media at DoubleClick and NBC. Conn holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University.
