Trillion Accepts Resignation Of Arthur Hallerans As CEO, Names Sean Stofer Chairman, Interim CEO

(RTTNews) - Trillion Energy International Inc. (TCFF) Friday announced that the resignation of Chief Executive Officer and Director Arthur Hallerans was accepted by the Board and his retirement will be effective December 27, 2024. Halleran has been serving as CEO since 2017.

The Company said the new CEO will focus on exploiting existing assets and strategically enter new plays.

Sean Stofer is appointed as chairman of the Board and will also assume the role of interim Chief Executive Officer. Stofer has over 20 years of energy industry leadership and governance experience.

Further, Trillion Energy assigned Burak Tolga Terzi as vice president and deputy general manager. Terzi has over 17 years of experience in various management positions in the oil and gas industry.

Scott Lower will be the new President of the Company effective immediately.
