    KANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 2005--UMB Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: UMBF), a Kansas City-based financial services holding company, announced its quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents per share, payable April 1, 2005, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2005.
