United Technologies Corp. Q3 Earnings Decline 17%

(RTTNews) - United Technologies Corp. (UTX) released a profit for third quarter that fell from last year.

The company said its bottom line fell to $1.53 billion, or $1.61 per share. This was lower than $1.85 billion, or $1.93 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 5.6% to $13.79 billion. This was down from $14.61 billion last year.
