Valeo Pharma Announces Filing of Final Non-Offering Prospectus

A copy of the prospectus is available under the Corporation's profile on SEDAR (). The Corporation is also pleased to announce that it has applied for listing of its Class "A" shares ("Shares") on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") ". Listing of the Shares will be subject to the Corporation fulfilling all of the listing requirements of the CSE, including the receipt by the CSE of all final documentation.
