Van Lanschot Kempen: update on share buy-back programme 25 February 2020 – 2 March 2020

Amsterdam/’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, 3 March 2020

In the period from 25 February 2020 until 2 March 2020 Van Lanschot Kempen has repurchased 52,117 of its own shares (depositary receipts for Class A ordinary shares). The shares were repurchased at an average price of €18.99 per share for a total amount of €989,792.     

These repurchases are part of the share buy-back programme for at most 150,000 of own shares, which was announced on 20 February 2020. The total number of shares repurchased to date is 72,139.
