Veidekke ASA: To build 128 flats in Malmø

Veidekke Bygg Syd has been awarded the contract by HSB Sundsfastigheter to build the concept HSB Sportsbyen with 128 flats in the Hyllie district in Malmø. This is a turnkey contract valued at SEK 145 million, excluding VAT.

Hyllie is developing into a new city district on the southern outskirts of Malmø, and will be important for the further development of the Øresund region. This is currently Malmø's largest urban development, and here around 7,000 new homes and the same number of workplaces are to be built in the near future. 

Veidekke is to build 128 flats with flexible floor plans, two common premises and an underground garage facility. Construction starts in these days with completion in April 2016.
