Wesco International Inc Profit Drops 20% In Q3

(RTTNews) - Wesco International Inc (WCC) revealed earnings for third quarter that decreased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line dropped to $51.1 million, or $1.05 per share. This was lower than $63.5 million, or $1.28 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $1.11 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 3.1% to $1.86 billion. This was down from $1.92 billion last year.
