London, 05 March 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service today affirmed the Baa3 issuer rating of Ageas SA/NV and the ratings on guaranteed securities issued by Ageas Hybrid Financing and Ageasfinlux S.A., and maintained a negative outlook on these ratings. At the same time, Moody's affirmed the A2 insurance financial strength rating (IFSR) of AG Insurance with a stable outlook.
