Frankfurt am Main, August 07, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today affirmed Almirall's Probability of Default rating at Ba3-PD and its Corporate Family rating at Ba3. Concurrently Moody's has affirmed the instrument rating assigned to EUR325 million of senior unsecured guaranteed notes issued by Almirall, S.A. at Ba3, LGD 3 (48%). The outlook on all ratings is stable.
