New York, July 28, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service said today that the announced sale of Capella Healthcare, Inc. ("Capella") to Medical Properties Trust, Inc. ("MPT" Ba1, stable) has no immediate impact on Capella's ratings, including the company's B2 Corporate Family Rating and stable outlook.
