Charter Hall Retail REIT -- Moody's assigns definitive Baa1 rating to Charter Hall Retail REIT
Sydney, July 22, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has assigned a definitive Baa1 issuer rating to Charter Hall Retail REIT (CQR). At the same time Moody's has assigned a definitive rating of Baa1 to a senior unsecured US$200 million note issuance to Charter Hall Retail Management Limited, as responsible entity of the Charter Hall Retail REIT. This is the first time that Moody's has assigned definitive ratings to CQR.
