General Mills, Inc. -- Moody's assigns A3 to General Mills euro 500 million floating rate notes
New York, January 11, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") assigned an A3 rating to euro 500 million senior unsecured floating notes offered today by General Mills, Inc. ("General Mills"). The EURIBOR +73 basis points senior unsecured floating rate notes are due January 15, 2020. The rating outlook is stable.
