Paris, July 29, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed to negative from stable the outlook on the A1 long-term ratings of GlaxoSmithKline plc ("GSK") and its rated subsidiaries. At the same time, Moody's has affirmed the A1 long-term ratings of GSK and its rated subsidiaries. The group's Prime 1 (P-1) and (P)P-1 ratings are unchanged.
