Holyrood Student Accommodation Plc -- Moody's assigns an A2 rating to Holyrood Student Accommodation Plc's guaranteed bonds; stable outlook

Madrid, July 29, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a long-term A2 rating to the GBP63 million of guaranteed fixed-rate and index-linked bonds (the "Bonds") issued by Holyrood Student Accommodation Plc (the "Issuer"). Concurrently, Moody's has assigned a Baa3 underlying rating to the Bonds, reflecting their credit quality in the absence of the guarantees. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
