New York, December 23, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the ratings of Village Roadshow Films (BVI) Limited film finance facility. The affirmations are prompted by a recent amendment by Village Roadshow to allow its film production division, Village Roadshow Films North America Inc.(VRFNA), to co-produce and co-finance new films with Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc. (Sony). The domestic tranches of the film facilities were modified to allow VRFNA to fund both domestic and international rights of films co-financed with Sony.
