Moody's Liquidity Stress Index improves on back of further defaults, SGL rating upgrades
New York, August 16, 2016 -- Moody's Liquidity Stress Index (LSI) has continued to decline in August, extending its four-month decrease, the rating agency says in its latest edition of SGL Monitor. The index, which declines when liquidity improves, eased to 7.8% in mid-August from 8.1% at the end of July.
