New York, August 15, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") stated today that the transfer of servicing from Bank of America, N.A. ("BOA") of 16,636 loans from 30 transactions to Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC ("SLS") will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings on the securities issued by these transactions.
