Moody's: Venture XIII CLO, Limited ratings unaffected by Second Supplemental Indenture.

New York, October 24, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by Venture XIII CLO, Limited (the "Issuer") into a supplemental indenture dated as of October 24, 2016 (the "Second Supplemental Indenture") by and among the Issuer, Venture XIII CLO, Corp. as Co-Issuer and Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time result in the immediate withdrawal or reduction with respect to the current rating by Moody's of any Class of Secured Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Second Supplemental Indenture could have non-credit-related effects.
