Novafives S.A.S. -- Moody's Downgrades Novafives' Rating to B1 and Changes Outlook to Negative
Frankfurt am Main, September 28, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the corporate family rating (CFR) of Novafives S.A.S. ("Novafives") to B1 from Ba3 and its probability of default rating (PDR) to B1-PD from Ba3-PD. The senior secured rating has been downgraded to B2 from B1. In addition, Moody's has changed the outlook on all ratings to negative from stable.
