New York, September 24, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today withdrawn the ratings of Trustmark Corporation (long-term issuer Baa1) and its bank subsidiary, Trustmark National Bank (A3 and Prime-2 for long-term and short-term deposits, respectively; A3 and Prime-2 for long-term and short-term other senior obligations, respectively; A3 for long-term issuer rating; Baa1 for subordinated debt; and C for standalone bank financial strength rating, mapping to a standalone baseline credit assessment of a3). Prior to withdrawal, all ratings had a negative outlook.
