2 Stocks That Could Be Worth More Than Apple by 2028

Apple has a market capitalization of about $4 trillion at the time of writing. But artificial intelligence (AI) is shifting more of the value creation toward the companies that supply the chips powering consumer devices and data centers.Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO) and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (NYSE: TSM) each have market caps around $1.9 trillion at the time of writing, and both are growing revenue and earnings meaningfully faster than Apple. If either company can double its market cap by 2028, it could challenge -- or even surpass -- Apple's valuation. It might be a tall task given the potential risks for semiconductor stocks.
