AGL Resources Announces Organizational Changes

ATLANTA, July 3 /PRNewswire/ -- AGL Resources today announced several organizational changes to its leadership team. Beth Reese, currently vice president, Customer Service, has been named vice president, Finance. Connie McIntyre, currently Atlanta Gas Light region manager, has been named vice president, Customer Experience. Charles Rawson, currently vice president and general manager of Florida City Gas, has been named vice president, Gas Operations.

Reese will report to Drew Evans, executive vice president and chief financial officer. She will be responsible for financial budgeting and analytics for the corporation and its subsidiaries. She has an extensive background in financial management and accounting. Prior to joining AGL Resources, she held the position of senior manager for the worldwide accounting and consulting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Reese played a key role in the roll out of customer service support systems and processes and has worked tirelessly to provide a platform for long-term success.

McIntyre will replace Reese and report directly to Hank Linginfelter, recently named executive vice president, Utility Operations. McIntyre brings 30 years of valuable company experience in various duties and areas of the company to her new role. She has an outstanding reputation for delivering results and an unwavering commitment to the customer. Most recently, Connie has served as region manager of Northeast Georgia at Atlanta Gas Light where she has led diverse teams of employees dedicated to improving operations and resolving customer service issues.

Rawson will replace Jodi Gidley, recently named senior vice president, Mid-Atlantic Operations, and will report to Ralph Cleveland, senior vice president, Engineering and Operations. Rawson has more than 23 years of valuable company experience and is especially well suited to assuring AGL Resources' gas operations are state-of-the-art and meet the needs of the utilities and customers for years to come. Most recently, Rawson has served as vice president and general manager of Florida City Gas and has led the successful integration of FCG into AGL Resources.

Additionally, Donna Peeples, vice president, Marketing and Sales, will now report directly to Linginfelter. Peeples previously reported to Suzanne Sitherwood, senior vice president, Southern Operations. Peeples' leadership regarding the company's growth, customer retention and related operations are reflected in the substantially improved customer growth rates at each utility. The company is competing more effectively in each jurisdiction.
