All 15 Qualified Finalist Groups Named in National ''Cheerioke'' Contest; America to Pick Winners of National Yogurt Burst(TM) ''Cheerioke'' Contest Online

The final group to qualify for the first-ever YogurtBurst(TM) "Cheerioke" contest was announced today. The finalist groupof Linda Rollins, Rachel Rollins and Tarrah Garcia, all fromBloomington, Minn., have been added to complete the qualified list of15 groups. The additional 14 finalist groups are from across the U.S.:

To compete, groups of three to five people performed their bestkaraoke rendition of "I'm Into Something Good," either at an official"Cheerioke" event or by an entry recorded on VHS tape. The "Cheerioke"kick-off event was hosted by Rick Dees at Mall of America inMinneapolis, with other events hosted by participating radio stationsin Charlotte, Cincinnati, Phoenix, Kansas City, Denver, Buffalo,Seattle, Atlanta and San Jose. A panel of judges selected 15 qualifiedfinalist groups from among all entries received via mail andvideotaped at "Cheerioke" events.

And in this contest, the finalists aren't the only winners. Thegrand prize winners will be determined through an online vote atwww.cheerioscontest.com, and every online voter over the age of 21 isalso automatically entered into a sweepstakes to win $500. Portions ofeach entry are posted on the Web site for viewing. Votes must be castonline between January 20 and February 20, 2006. (No purchasenecessary to enter sweepstakes. The winning group will be announced on or about February 27 andwill receive $10,000 and a case (12 boxes) of Yogurt Burst Cheerioscereal to be shared among group members. All finalist groups received$500 and a case of Yogurt Burst Cheerios cereal to be shared by thegroup.
